Among other things, I'm seeing a walk time of 7-11 minutes from B30 to the T4 security checkpoint, not 15 minutes.
It looks like DL561 arrived a little early yesterday and today. No guarantees for tomorrow or the next day, of course.
Because you can take
any AirTrain -- in either direction -- from T4 to T8, I doubt that you would have to wait more than a few minutes for a train to arrive at the T4 AirTrain station.
Are both of your flights on a single ticket? If so, DL should protect you in the event of IROPS.
