So approximately 1:35 with no major hiccups - that gets me to the next gate almost right at departure time - which means gates likely are closed. It'll be insanely tight... depends on the landing...
Scheduled arrival time is arrival at the gate, not time of landing.

Whose website is providing you those time estimates? Some of them seem inflated to me.

Have to been able to determine where the shuttle bus pick-up point is, in relation to the T8 AirTrain station?
