I'd like to add another vote to HR Grainey Ranch. I invited my family out there this last summer. The kids loved it, they really enjoyed the "beach" where they got to play in the sand.

The water slide is super fast. Maybe a little too much as I hit the bottom a few times. Although if you aren't trying to go an unreasonable speed like me haha it'll be fine.
