Out of ATL? Maybe, but they have enough volume there to concentrate connections and fill a CR7 or E-jet to even the smallest markets.

Out of SLC? Probably never. There are already private tour operators that will collect you and your luggage curbside at SLC and take you to spots like Vernal or Moab if you don't want to pay more to fly directly into the smaller cities in Utah, so I don't see the value of a Landline-type service, especially in the winter when the Wasatch mountains make road transport difficult.
