in other words, as far as I could tell, there is only one area for nexus queue. it is in the E section. follow the nexus signs and US transborder sign as you enter YVR airport
Just a reminder that once you pass the DOM->INTL boarding pass check near Gate 50, you can't go back to the public side and must use the sterile US Connections facility next to D Gate security.
Once past the additional security screening in the connections facility, there are Global Entry kiosks immediately after that you can use to get a GE receipt.
