"Service Charges" added after Rates shown
"Service charge"(Japan) = resort fee?
The problem is, why are budget-level properties charging service charge even though there is really not much service from those properties compared to higher-end properties????

I stayed at Ritz Carlton Kyoto, W Taipei, etc.... I don't mind the service charges from those properties because they need to provide a lot more services to keep themselves "high-end luxury" category.... but I don't understand why it's ok for Fairfield, Moxy to add 10% service charge when there is nothing than typical hotel services that should have been included in the daily rate. It's like you get the price-markup for buying same thing at walmart vs WholeFoods.
