Well, let this be a lesson learned....take screen shots when you sign up for a promo.

Both Hilton (DD) and Amex said they had no record of me registering for this promo. And I absolutely, positively, know that I had. Because not only did I register, I always register twice to get the "you have already registered for this promotion" response. But I had no proof.

So 10,000 bonus points just went "poof".
