I'm hopeful that now a judgement has been made against them they will indeed pay up, but disappointed it has had to come to this. I only received the judgement this morning by email after chasing it up (the postal copy hasn't arrived yet), so it's possible they haven't received it yet. I'll give them a week to get in contact.
