Seat Selection Problem

Hi All,

First time flying on TK. I have booked some flight for end Nov to Europe from Singapore. Flight details as follows:

End Nov: Singapore --> Istanbul (transit) --> Paris
Mid Dec: Budapest --> Istanbul (transit) --> Singapore

During the booking process, the following message "there is no suitable selection for the flight" appeared when I was on the seat selection page. I continued without seat selection to complete the booking and have received the e-tickets.

Now I've gone back to TK's website and went to Manage Booking, entered the PNR etc and under seat selection, the options are greyed out and I am not able to click on anything on the seat selection tab. The other tabs like "Meals" "Baggage" and "Special Assistance" are working fine. Is this normal? Can anyone advise? Thank you so much
