This is a common issue with AF/KLM ticketed but GA operated segments.You should be able to select a seat after check-in on GA website.
For your return flight, I advise you to go to a service desk once you arrive in CGK and ask to choose your seat in advance. Usually GA agents are quite helpful with those requests.
