I echo this 100%. I gave up after months chasing an original booking I'd made in December 2021.

For my most recent two bookings in early July, I was so extremely careful to go via the estore, it even confirmed tracking was successful at the time, and then a fortnight later I looked at my 'history' within the estore and no visit to Airbnb was listed. So I've taken screen shots from my Chrome browser history which shows me on the estore, and then booking the property seconds later on the Airbnb site - but I'm more than a month into my request for BA to resolve this, and still nothing.

If it doesn't post, then I will write to BAEC and suggest they stop offering something they have zero intention of ever honouring. It's a shambles, to be fair.
