I'm such a devout environmentalist that I don't own any pets, because owning a dog or cat is so dreadful for the environment, and I think this change is LONG overdue. The plastic waste caused by millions of single use bottles was a serious environmental problem. Switching to multi use bottles will reduce the amount of plastic waste hotels generate, and, because petroleum is the main ingredient in plastics, it will also result in less petroleum usage.
