Yes, you can. It costs 75 USD re-issue fee.
However, original rule is applied.
So, you can not add SFO-JFK-SFO, because of only one transcontinental flight is allowed within North America.
Addtional SFO-ORD-SFO is fine.
SFO-JFK-ORD-SFO is also valid addtional routing.
There is no restrction about stopover at SFO, so you can add
SFO-ORD-SFO-LAX-SFO etc.
You can add 5 more North American segments, because you used only one segment (DFW-SFO) out of 6 free segments within N.A.
