I do hope you aren't arriving on the 4th, it's such a long flight. If you are I hope it isn't in Y otherwise you will be asking WHY the next day.

For the uninitiated, the week leading upto MG is huge with so many peole in town and an air of expectation often only found in a freshly opened bottle of Dom and a frozen Vodka bottle of course.

The night before Christmas will be huge and near impossible to meet up unless you do it early and have access to a mobile (that's cell phone for you Americans).

Always save a bit for the after parties that kick off on and around Oxford Street (OS) from early Sunday morning. Rumour is that Queer Nation will hold a day time "recovery" at Luna Park. Sounds fun but you really cant go past the tried and true venues and community feel of trash bag OS. The sights are great whether you are in a pub or nightclub or on the street at a cafe. The party goes on into the night with the most sought after "Recovery" "Recovery" being Indulgence at The Shift.

Of course next year's MG is epecially themed aroung GoldFlyer's 40th although just slightly (fashionably) late. Now Mother would be proud to know that her little sprog made it this far and can still manage to type at 6 pm and it kinda makes sense - or it does to me and isn't that all that counts?
