Interesting... But PE over J ? On such a long route.. Was thinking maybe stay a night or 2 in AKL if I did go to AKL to get the much better fare. Never been and imagine it would be a nice visit..

SYD-NAN-LAX on FJ though wouldnt it be as much of a hassle and would surely be better than PE on UA no?
