Comments: Surprised to receive an upgrade to Na Hale Oceanfront Suite on an award stay, since my SNAs were declined. The suite was in a separate wing of the property, and one of the biggest rooms I've stayed in. As I was mostly out and about exploring the big island, I didn't spend much time at the property except for breakfast, which was the only disappointment. Overall very pleased with the stay.
