Actually I am flying CX from HK to Sydney , but I need to go to Melbourne as well, so I need to choose domestic flight.

If Qantas domestic flight doesn't count towards the MPC Club Sector, I may choose another Australia domestic airline.

That's why I wanna know Qantas domestic flight count toward MPC Club Sector/Club Miles or not..
