Mainly concerned about location to explore the city and room quality/chance for a suite upgrade.
There is no meaningful upgrade at PS because they have only one suite and besides that every room is exactly the same just differing in view.

PS is a 4 star, PG is a 5 star. They are in different worlds with respect to the hard product.
