Amex Platinum will get you in the expedited security line (as will any of the First Class/Business class bonding passes). You can apply with your Amex for Privium card which gets you through border control faster (I've never seen anybody in those lines). Schipohl is a mixed bag. Sometimes it's faster to go through the regular line, sometimes its faster to use your biometric enabled passport at the automated queues. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. Every time I go through its different.

The downside is that I believe they've shutdown new Privium signups because of "staffing" issues.
