Question "Manage my booking" not working on JAL website?
I booked reward travel on JAL using AA miles last week. I was able to go into the reservation using the "manage my booking" function on the JAL website and select seat. However since then, I receive an error that booking cannot be found for this record locator as well as for others I haved booked, ticketed and confirmed on JAL.

I am wondering if anyone else is having this same issue?
