As far as the travel bank credits, if you were logged into your TrueBlue account when you booked, I believe the travel bank credits for all pax will go back to your your travel bank account but I’m not 100% certain of that.
If you logged into your jetblue account and booked flights for both people, the travel bank refund goes into your travel bank 100% - that is if it works. I have on several occasions had to to call and say why are the funds not in my travel bank yet? I am usually canceling flights and instantly re-booking because there was a price reduction that sometimes doesn't last very long. When the funds don't immediately appear in my travel bank, and I have to go chase jetblue to fix it, it becomes a pain in the butt.
