Don't use Euronet - a complete rip-off. Didn't know that Multibanco is doing that as well now, but you can always decline DCC.
Never, ever, ever use a Euronet ATM - they proliferate on the streets of European tourist hotspots precisely to gouge the unsuspecting with poor Currency Conversion rates
and high withdrawal fees.
N. B.: Despite the name, Euronet is actually headquartered in the United States of America and is a known 'bad hat'
