I've been trying to convert Capital One rewards miles to Emirates and AF/KLM for two days now, and both app and website say every single airline reward program is "down for maintenance." I've tried every fix I can think of. I called and tweeted at C1 and nobody has any explanation, they just say hopefully it'll work tomorrow. I find it hard to believe that all C1 customers haven't been able to convert rewards miles for two days if not longer. Anyone else seeing this? Thanks in advance.
