The issue with ORF (for non-EE members) is that National is requiring a 7-day minimum rental right now. Try 9/26-10/2 and you'll see inventory magically appear.

The trick here for non-EE members is to reserve for a week and then return early. You'll most likely get money back for the unused time, but there are no guarantees.
I don't think I've ever had issue with returning early and billed for more than used days. Are you saying that they can charge me for the full week if I return early?

BTW: I confirm that it does show if I book for a week. also if I picked up a day early and return same day it also shows available. Appears Monday is just busy
