david_oz I'll assume you booked an eligible fare class for the upgrade and the flight is a native NH flight number.

The other thing that bites me sometimes when "Traveling" is countries not matching - if I have a problem with the website, I change my VPN to the US and 90% of the time that solves the problem - but not always
