I just quickly chose the first couple of options in the search. I don't know if it's a worst worst case scenario (because there's certainly worse outcomes than rolling blackouts imaginable), but let's say it's a 'worse than expected scenario'.

I wanted to put it out here because while rising energy costs etc. are irrelevant for a traveler visiting, it would suck to be out looking for a restaurant only for that neighborhood to not have power for a few hours or worse for your hotel to be affected while you're in it doing some work on your laptop etc.
