Status not showing as renewed - how long until contacting BA?
September silver here - I requalified on 360TPs and 4 sectors. My card is still showing as expiring at the end of October, and I've had no email congratulating me on another year as silver.
I don't want to be too pushy but at the same time I don't want to let it ride too long - so is it fair to contact BA yet and ask them if there's a problem?
