Same offer today, which I consider pretty pathetic considering all things. Via chat. Was asked how I enjoyed using the $200 hotel credit. Replied it was a forced stay, just to use the credit. Very difficult to use the airline credit with AA the past few years......since they discontinued using credit towards flights. Like many, I use this card for a very small percentage of overall purchases. This is a case where member since weighs heavily on their side. I'm ready to see how that looks on a green card.
