Kazakhstan is a bit like what Texas would be if it woke up one morning in Central Asia. Lots of empty space, money from resources, not a lot else. It is enormous, the other two are by comparison tiny.
Armenia is an interesting country with a long and complicated history which has always been at the margins of the real centres of history, and has been influenced and impacted by them all.
Georgia is a gem - the legend goes that God gave out all the lands on earth, and the Georgian turned up late due to partying the previous night. All that was left was the bit that God intended to keep for himself. Sounds about right.
