Checked in last weekend- didn't check in at the Barista, but at the front desk. Didn't receive a free coffee/drink, but other Globalist benefits were honored, like breakfast at the Grey Market and valet parking (good value there!). Overall, I expected a small room so no sadness from me, we received a nice pool view room as well. I actually liked the design of the rooms for what they were, and wouldn't hesitate to burn 9,000 points here again (sad I didn't save more with the promo that had expired by my visit). Full tour below
