Marriott CS contact - room had door forced open

Wondering if anyone has a CS contact - I‘ve tried to email and no response.

Recently we were given a room that was unsafe, offered no privacy and was therefore completely unacceptable. The door had been forced open at some point and had been inadequately repaired. The entire bolts were exposed and able to be opened from the outside of the room. The gap between the door and the frame was large enough to see directly into the room and give a full view of the bed and occupants. Probably could be opened by anyone using a credit card.

We called the front desk and asked for another room; however, none was available. The front desk clerk offered that we could cancel our reservation with no penalty from the hotel to be refunded in full, but no other remedy. We ended up having to book a room a nearby place for almost $1k per night.

I still haven’t received a refund or any additional communication from Marriot CS email.
