1. United itinerary.
2. Emails from Western River asking for payment and confirming the payments.
3. His doctor's notes stating that his injury prevents him from rafting.

We have recently receive a response from eclaim asking for
1. trip itinerary which we don't have because the trip wasn't booked through an agency.
2. an invoice which don't have because Western River did not provide one.
3. Information on "referring" doctor. We have already provide information from his attending doctor.

My husband tried to call for the last couple of days. Each time waiting over 2 hours without connecting to an agent. What do you suggest that we provide eClaim?

1. Do I just type up an itinerary?
2. Do I ask Western River to create an invoice?
3. He was in the NYC emergency room. Maybe I should sent the paper from the emergency room.

Would that be sufficient? Not sure if we can get an invoice from the Wester River. Any suggestions on how to proceed is greatly appreciated.
I want to come back and post our success in getting my husband's cancelled portion covered by Sapphire Reserve. It took a little while. We had to
1. Provide a more detailed itinerary including all the flights and hotels. Even though none of those were cancelled and we were not making a claim on flights and hotels.
2. Provide an invoice from the rafting provider, Western River, twice. The first invoice was deem insufficient. In the end, after talking to the insurance adjuster, we were told to have an invoice clearly listed all three parties on the invoice and each person's costs.
3. My husband's attending doctor's office issued an more detailed "no strenuous" activity letter.

The invoice part was most difficult to understand why our claim was rejected. This is the first time we used the travel cancellation insurance. Overall, I am very pleased with SR travel insurance.
