Does anybody else have trouble getting flights upgraded using coupons retro-credited?
I had Eco S-class RHO-ATH-CAI all upgraded to I which did not automatically credit. Online miles credit initially came back as rejected, "contact us". The Gold line contact centre basically said I must do it online or send an online contact request form if it doesn't work. Now, any online claim says "Request already received". My online request feels like it's being ignored. These flights would renew my Gold too.
