Not the best map by any means, but I crafted a quick and dirty one by adding markers to a custom Google Map. You can view the full, interactive map by either clicking on the below link, or on the larger image below it.
One thing to note: in order for all ryokans to display on the map, you'll first need to scroll down to the very bottom of the ryokan list on the left pane. After that, you should be good to go.
