Well, that's the way it used to be. They recently changed their listings and I no longer think they are a viable option for travelers as back in June. The esim I bought with 107 roaming countries, including the US quit working when I tested it last month. The website has been revised and now they seem to sell only single country or region esim with very reduced coverage. It currently is now down to 30 countries in Europe from the 107 my Germany esim claimed. They also blocked my US roaming when I went to test it like I had been doing every 2-3 weeks or so. They sent emails saying I did not have US roaming, although it was very clearly stated in the listing when I purchased it.
I will not be pursuing the matter over the $8.50 +/-, since T-Mobile is giving me 5Gb per line now in 215 countries. Be warned that they do not seem to reputable from my experience.
Edited to add: I got a followup email today from Bne stating that my roaming list was being reinstated to the original 107 countries and the site revision caused the confusion. I appreciate the reply from them, and checked their app, which now shows the original country roaming list. I will be using this up next month and will report my experience at that time. I give them credit for attending to this minor issue, so in my case, the jury is still out on their service, depending upon coverage and access.
