Beer actually makes perfect sense, as it is by definition (at least as TK serves it) as it is given in single serving cans. Spirits are served from general bottles that everyone can touch. TK is not going to hire a bartending staff just for this.
That's illogical. Get rid of wine then. The wine is from bottles everyone can touch, just like the spirits would be.
