No, it doesn't. Take a look at the tracks on
FlightAware. You'll see that sometimes they fly over the island of Newfoundland, which is expected to be impacted by the storm, but other times they take a more northerly path over Labrador.
The aircraft operating that route are capable of far longer range than the relatively short YUL-DUB hop, so they can easily detour a few hundred miles to avoid the storm if need be.
