Global Transfer is simply a “get-out-jail-free card”, a way to get an application approved which otherwise wouldn’t satisfy the requirements for approval.
You just apply in whatever way you like and then you contact them once the application is in a pending/denied state. At least that’s my experience from transferring to the US.
My girlfriend recently transferred to Sweden and they were asking for additional information (employment contract or digital access to her bank account), so I’m not sure what actually made it go through, but in the end, she was approved.

I thought Amex had a Norwegian branch, but anyway, it doesn’t matter. The big change is that Norwegian Amex cards are no longer issued by Dnb, but by Amex directly.
If I were you, I would look into the SAS cards though, I believe the Platinum etc. Amex cards are very weak in Scandinavia (only 1-2 transfer partners or so). But I could be wrong. The credit card game generally isn’t much fun in Scandinavia.
You might be better off transferring to a US card with no FX fees and using that…
