If i fly Seattle-Doha in Qatar business class (R-fare cash, 7411 miles flight), how many ELITE qualifying miles am I expected to earn?

From the weblink above I would expect to earn 7411 x 1.25 = 9264 elite qualifying miles only
But when I asked alaska chat/twitter, they seem to suggest that I'll earn about 16000 elite miles (the 100% miles 7411, and then *on top of that* 125% elite miles of 9264). This seems incorrect and I don't want to rely on my elite qualification strategy based on poor info from their twitter team. Can someone here please confirm?
