Just a detail : I think the points labelled "engine start" should actually be "take off". Wouldn't expect cabin pressure to fall like that while still on the ground with engines running.
On the A380 flight the engine start can be seen by the drops in Humidity Ratio and Dew Point a few minutes before.

Like the little steps in the A380 pressure as it goes up flight levels mid-flight.
