Yes and yes. He's awesome, super friendly and a great character.

As an aside, I often take a 7am DL flight to LGA so with the lounge opening at 6, isn't worth the effort. I had some spare time on Tuesday this week and decided to stretch my legs and take a walk, I was surprised to find a queue of probably 10-15 people in the hall at 5:55am. I figured it would probably take at least 5 mins to admit those folks, so I turned around and went back to Terminal A, given a 6:20 boarding time. Also the bar doesn't open until 7, so again, why bother.
