However, I rarely have issues even on warm planes; I just bring a fillable ice pack with me for when that happens. Managed to sleep for six hours on SFO to SIN last month when the temp was reading around 75F.
Interesting. How big is your ice pack and where do you put it when you're trying to sleep on a plane? And I assume the FAs fill it for you?
