I assume you mean < 1000 PQP, not > 1000 PQP. FRA-JFK? 964 PQP is the correct value for SQ F on that route. It would be 1500 PQP on LH. The combination of being a non-preferred partner, lower class of service bonuses, and the lower cap make SQ a tough airline for earning PQP.
