wife and I, separate WJ Travel Bank credits--what's best way to book?

My wife and I want to book a round-trip flight from YEG to PHX...we both have about $350 in Travel Bank credits in our accounts, but that will only partially pay for the total flights. I'm not sure how best to do the booking given our Travel Bank credits situation--should we each buy a pair of one-way tickets in both our names (she buying for us going down to PHX, me buying for both of us to return), and then somehow call WJ to combine them? Should we each book our own round trip tickets separately? Is there a way to combine the Travel Bank credits somehow when doing a single PNR booking? Not sure how to handle this...it's much more annoying than Air Canada, where you can pool Aeroplan points
