Olive Leaf - Inside the Sheraton - French with Mediteranean flavors.
Lilit - (address: Mazeh 42) - Dairy and fish - recommended! but might not be open on Saturday.
Pacific - inside the Crowne Plaza - Oriental.
Shangrila - Next to the Dan - Thai.
El Gaucho - (Bugrashov 49) - Argentinian grill.
Le Relais Jaffa (Jaffa) - French.
Tzel Hayam (meaning - shadow of the sea) - (Hebert Samuel 76 - A few meters south of the American embassy).
Shtam Tisch - (Bugrashov 33) - Dairy and vegeterian.
Muldan (Against the Dan) - Across from the Dan hotel ... - Glatt Kosher!!! - European.
This list is up to date to early Dec 2004. A lot can change in a year though. I will try to keep this up to date and add if I find any more good ones. There are plenty of more good Kosher places but those are not within a reasonable walking distance to the hotels.
