United and ANA are not listed in the IAP program, how did you purchase this ticket with an IAP discount?
However, regardless if IAP or not, if the ticket is issued on ANA ticket stock, you will receive PQP based on the flight distance times the fare basis multiplier divided by the PQP adjustment for ANA, which I believe is 5 - except for any segment operated by United. For United operated segments, the PQP will be calculated using some convoluted formula that assigns a portion of the air fare for that one segment. So, you will receive a mix of PQP credit depending on how many segments are operated by UA and how many by ANA. If the ticket was issued on United stock, which seems unlikely from your description, you would only receive PQP based on the fare regardless of any segments operated by another airline.
