It took a bit of looking but I found the segment counter in promotions on the app. Strange that when I asked a few agents no one knew it existed. In speaking with AA before taking 2 segments yesterday was told I have 18 qualifying segments so now 20. When I look at the counter it says 25 including yesterdays flight I assume. So which is it?

The discrepancy might be that the AAdvantage agent stated that only March 1 2022-Feb 28 2023 flights counted and the counter is including Jan and Feb. Was the agent wrong or is the counter wrong? In everything I’ve read Jan and Feb count for everything but the agent seemed very sure of his answer. Pretty ridiculous if the counter online is incorrect.
