It is certainly at risk of being cancelled. However if visa waivers are as rumoured being reinstated in October, Thai nationals are a group getting free access to japan again, and Japan has been a very popular destination from Thailand so an increase in frequency is likely on that scenario. If no change to the visa waiver situation, there is a good possibility it will get cancelled.
