Anyone with more info on the Moxy? One mention above that it's noisy on the 2nd floor. Is there a "quiet side"? I have 4 nights in Athens and Academias/GB/KG are all EUR500 plus, so no go. Moxy/Periscope are both around EUR150. Marriott too far away.
Neither Moxy or Periscope are impressing me too much, especially in terms of Titanium treatment. No breakfast, right?

Is the Periscope neighborhood quieter than the Moxy? Worth the walk?
