Fortunate in the sense that I know its on many people's bucket lists, hard to reserve, and very expensive. As you can imagine, we were very hyped for the meal, but it just didn't blow me away. Good sushi, sure, but I've had better.

Any particular area in Tokyo?
Budget?
Do you speak any Japanese?
Will you have access to a hotel concierge team to book?
Location in Tokyo or atmosphere doesn't matter, and were willing to pay Michelin star prices if worthy. The main thing for me would be the fish quality and preparation.
Not sure which style I prefer. but I would guess more traditional and rice on the milder side. Is Edo style referring to where the fish is caught?
Also I don't speak Japanese but do have a concierge on standby that can make these types of booking requests.
